Graveside services for Rufus Ed Kelley, 74, of Spencer and native of Temperance Hall Community, were held March 7 at Pisgah United Methodist Church Cemetery with Bro. Larry Steffee officiating. Mr. Kelley passed away March 4 at Generations in Spencer. He was a farmer. He was preceded in death by his parents Ben and Shelley Kelley; brothers Elzie Kelley and Cordell Kelley; sisters Reba Young and Lorene Foster; and several other loved ones. Survivors include ...
