The Company Store on Dale Ridge Road was damaged by fire Saturday evening. The fire apparently began near the kitchen area of the business, which had reportedly been closed for several months. The store’s alarm company was alerted by a report from the store’s system of smoke inside the building, and notified local dispatch to the fire. The cause of the fire has yet to be determined.
